Zero Tolerance Spam Policy:
What is spamming?
Spamming is the sending of an unsolicited e-mail, generally an ad of some sort, to anyone who has not specifically requested email from you. If you use your Autoresponder Generator Autoresponder account or affiliate membership to send e-mail to people who haven't asked for it, then you are spamming, and your Autoresponder Generator account will be shut down.

Can I advertise my Autoresponder Generator e-mail address on an FFA site?
Many businesses like to advertise their web site URLs through FFA (Free For All) links sites. However, submitting your Autoresponder Generator e-mail address with your URL is spamming!
FFA sites post only your web site address, not your e-mail address. They only request your e-mail address in order to e-mail you personally. If you submit your Autoresponder Generator e-mail address, when an FFA site owner sends you his initial welcome e-mail, he will be added to your Autoresponder Generator autoresponder as a lead. He will subsequently receive e-mail from you through the Autoresponder Generator Autoresponse system. However, he never asked to be added to your list of leads or to receive e-mail from you. This means that any e-mail your Autoresponder Generator Autoresponder sends to him is spam.
What are some common spamming mistakes that Autoresponder Generator customers make?
- Some customers receive an unsolicited e-mail from Company A, and retaliate by adding Company A to their Autoresponder Generator lead list. The e-mail that Company A will receive from these customers via Autoresponder Generator is spam. Just because someone spams you does not mean it is okay to spam them back!
- Some customers submit their Autoresponder Generator e-mail address to Free For All links pages along with their URL. The FFA page owners will send e-mail to those Autoresponder Generator addresses in order to confirm the URL postings, and by doing so will add themselves to the customers' Autoresponder Generator leads lists. The e-mail that the FFA site owners will later receive from those customers via Autoresponder Generator is spam.
- Subscribing to mailing lists with an Autoresponder Generator e-mail address is spamming. This will add anyone who sends e-mail to the mailing list to the customer's Autoresponder Generator leads list. Any e-mail that the posters later receive from these customers via Autoresponder Generator is spam.
- Subscribing to e-zines or newsletters with an Autoresponder Generator e-mail address is spamming. This will add the e-zine's editors to the customer's Autoresponder Generator leads list. Any e-mail the editors later receive from the customer via Autoresponder Generator is spam.
Using Autoresponder Generator accounts or affiliate memberships to send spam is both prohibited in the Autoresponder Generator User Agreement, and illegal.
Autoresponder Generator's no-spam policy is strictly enforced. If you use your Autoresponder Generator Autoresponder account or affiliate membership to send e-mail to people who haven't asked for it, then you are spamming, and your Autoresponder Generator account will be shut down.
Can I post ads to newsgroups?
Posting the same message to numerous newsgroups, or posting off topic messages to any newsgroup is spamming. You may not post your Autoresponder Generator ad to newsgroups unless that ad is specifically on-topic, as determined by Autoresponder Generator.
Autoresponder Generator's no-spam policy is strictly enforced. If you send or post spam related to your Autoresponder Generator account, then that account will be terminated
